Alyssa Baljunas - Cellist, heading to Duquesne University in Pittsburgh to study Music Performance. Congratulations.
Whether you help through monetary donations, volunteering your time, or spreading our mission through word-of-mouth, thank you. We couldn't accomplish our scholarship goals without the help of supporters like you.
Dear Neighbors,
We are in the middle of a world wide pandemic. The North Pocono Cultural Society continues to strive to bring educational, cultural, and artistic events to our neighborhoods while providing scholarship funds for art, music and drama to graduating students of North Pocono High School. With our in person events cancelled for 2020 we've lost some of our fundraising ability.
Please support our efforts and make a donation today.
The top 10 finalists will be chosen by a jury of judges and their gardens will be video taped into a Virtual Garden Tour for everyone to enjoy on the NPCS face book page https://www.facebook.com/northpoconoculturalsociety/ and website https://northpoconoculturalsociety.org
PRIZES, PRIZES PRIZES!
Every submission will be entered into a drawing for a gift card from a North Pocono business. The 10 virtual tour gardeners will each receive a gift card for a North Pocono business and the winning garden will receive a plaque for the “Most Beautiful” or “Most Unique” garden. Viewers of The Virtual Garden Tour will be allowed one vote for a garden of their choice and a framed “Viewers Choice Certificate of Recognition” will be awarded to the garden with the most votes.

Thank You Gardeners for allowing us to enjoy your gardens!

We hope to meet you on Main Street In 2021 for our annual Russian Christmas event!
We will not see the Harmonic Brass until 2021. Keep checking back here for future updates.
* Due to travel restrictions, we are uncertain if this performance can happen.
Mondays in Moscow is undergoing a change. We are evaluating this kind of event. Hopefully we can bring more events to more parts of the North Pocono Community.
Virtual Scarecrow contest!
We were not able to book Simple Gifts this year, so we are pursuing a 2021 date. We are searching for grant money or perhaps a co-sponsorship.
In light of the continued concerns around COVID-19 and large gatherings, the North Pocono Cultural Society is reviewing guidelines concerning this event.
The North Pocono Cultural Society is happy to announce another fun virtual event for our communities during this time of social distancing. We would like to encourage the young people of the North Pocono community to participate in our very first Virtual Scarecrow contest by making a scarecrow not to exceed five (5) feet in height. The scarecrows must be tasteful in their design and not include any political themes.
